"Tune in HPV begins in bed"
After an intensive surgery related to an HPV strain that gave me pre-cancerous warts on the outside of my body, I was stuck in bed for six weeks. Thanks to my new computer, I was saved! Because I started making these tiny tapes performances from my recovery place - my bed. Then I posted them on You Tube. People who saw them told me their stories after they watched mine. I wanted to hear more.
In addition, the new cervical cancer vaccine, Gardasil, had launched its "Tell Someone" campaign. This was my version of telling someone.
