I have not been careful sexually. I never thought it would happen to me. People who have it don't talk about. I have to go to the doctor now. I'm so ashamed and broken down. I feel like I got what I deserve but I still feel sorry for myself. This world is a dirty place. I have wanted a girlfriend for a long time but didn't have the confidence to make it happen so I slept with random women who were probably not very clean. I'm a dumb guy. I'm sorry. I'm going to see a doctor today. It can happen to you.
